  3. Write 3 to PHY Register 0x20

  4. Write 0xF40 to PHY Register 0x1D

  5. Write 0x1C00 to PHY Register 0x1F

  6. If the PHY Revision is 3 or less

    1. MaskSet PHY Register 0x2A with mask 0xFF and set with 0x400

  7. If the PHY Revision is 5

    1. MaskSet PHY Register 0x2A with mask 0xFF and set with 0x1A00

    2. Write 0x2121 to PHY Register 0xCC

  8. If the PHY Revision 3 or greater

    1. Write 0x3ED5 to PHY Register 0xBA
