1. Establish a 4-element u16 array
2. Write 0x3C50 to PHY Register 0x72
3. Set array[0] to the contents of PHY Register 0x73
4. Set array[1] to the contents of PHY Register 0x73
5. Set array[2] to the contents of PHY Register 0x73
6. Set array[3] to the contents of PHY Register 0x73
7. Write array[0] to shared memory location 0x700
8. Write array[1] to shared memory location 0x702
9. Write array[2] to shared memory location 0x704
10. Write array[3] to shared memory location 0x706
