LP PHY Set DAC Gain (u16 dac_gain)

1. Create a DAC control word by reading PHY Register 0x439, AND the result with mask 0xC7F, and OR with dac_gain left shifted by 7

2. MaskSet PHY Register 0x439 with mask 0xF000 and set with the DAC control word from above
