1. upload the radio regs from ../ChannelTable

2. set radio register 0x49 to the value from the SYN init table, depending on the band
3. if the GPLL workaround boardflag is set, and the band is 2.4 ghz
   1. set radio regs 0x4b and 0x4c to 0x1f
   2. set radio reg 0x4e to 0xb
   3. set radio reg 0x49 to 0x14
4. if the APLL workaround boardflag is set, and the band is 5 ghz
   1. set radio regs 0x4b and 0x4c to 0x1f
   2. set radio reg 0x4e to 0x5
   3. set radio reg 0x49 to 0xc
5. delay 50 us
6. do VCO calibration
