1. If pcie_polarity is not zero

   1. Return

2. Call PCIe Read Reg with 2, 0x204 as arguments and save as tmp

3. If tmp & 0x10 is zero

   1. Set pcie_polarity to 0x80

4. Otherwise

   1. Set pcie_polarity to 0xC0
