LP PHY Set BBMult ( u8 m0)

1. Left shift the input parameter "m0" by 8 and save in a u16 data word
2. Create a table and set the table data pointer to the data word above
3. Set the table length to 1, the table offset to 0x57, the table width to 16, and the table ID to 0

4. Write an LP PHY Table
