BMAC BW Set (u8 bw)

  1. Set fast to forcefastclk

  2. If fast is zero

    1. Call Clock Control with 0 as argument

  3. Set bw to bw

  4. If Core Revision less than 17
    1. Do a dummy read of the MAC Control register

  5. Call PHY BMAC Reset

  6. Call PHY Init

  7. If fast

    1. Call Clock Control with 2 as argument
