[Specification] 

  1. Perform a OFDM Dummy Transmission

  2. Read the TSSI Value from OFDM Register 0x7B

  3. AND the TSSI Value with 0xFF
  4. If the TSSI Value is 0x80 or higher
    1. Subtract 0x100 from the TSSI Value
  5. Return the TSSI Value
